• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 2 tsp Wasabi powder (pre-mix with water to make a paste)
• 1tsp soy sauce
• 2 tsp rice vinegar
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 T water
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp onion powder

Mix ingredients all to taste:
Serve with sashimi Ahi & Albacore
