Dave learned of his love for the sea and mastered fishing the "old way." He began fishing commercially at a young age and then started canning his albacore in 1970. Dave's employs the most ecologically responsible methods available to harvest his seafood. Dave's standards are strictly hook & line, also referred to as 'Trolling'. This technique allows fishermen to hand select and properly store each fish to insure freshness and purity.
